  I scheduled to have a toilet installed through Home Depot and Professor Plumb is the company who was outsourced for the job. I was not called to schedule an appointment within 2 days as i was told. Instead I was left waiting a week without a functioning toilet. When I was finally called they offered me a day-off appointment with arrival between 11am-2pm which I took in fear of having to wait another week for another appointment. I had to call out of work and ended up missing the entire day. He finally arrived just before 4pm. The first thing he said is "This will be my 5th toilet today, let's hope this one goes better than the rest." Let's just say he did not instill confidence that he knew what he was doing. After conversation he revealed he is normally the sidekick for jobs and doesn't preform them on his own...which was already very clear. Long story short he was the house for over an hour and finally said the toilet couldn't be installed. I bought the wrong rough-in size but why was that not the first thing he checked?! He removed the old toilet by pulling it on a piece of card board across my brand new hardwood floors which are now scratched. All in all I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They won't give you a quote on the phone but its about $300-$500, they provide the toilet and take away the old one. The Benjamin Franklin guy was very knowledgeable, he wore booties in the house, he carried the new toilet up stairs, arrived 15 min early and was in and out within 35 min. Its WELL worth the extra money.
